Warranty & After-Sales Service

At The New Boat Co we take your warranty and after-sales service very seriously. 

A new boat is a considerable investment and while things may go wrong, though we certainly hope that they do not, it is important that the backup is available to guarantee your piece of mind.

Before your boat is handed over it will undergo a thorough Pre-Delivery Inspection.  After the handover, which is when the boat formally becomes your property, your warranty period will commence.  We offer 1 year's warranty on all our boats and the engine and gearbox come with a 2 year warranty.

Our expanding team at Hanbury Wharf has included the all-important after-sales service.  If you have any warranty issues please contact our Warranty Co-ordinator. He is backed up by a team of engineers with our dedicated Customer Support Vehicle.
