A new base in Northamptonshire

We have opened a new base at Blisworth in Northants, predominantly selling brokerage boats via our brokerage division The Used Boat Co, but with some new demo boats available to view, and advice and assistance regarding the purchase of new and used boats from experienced staff.

Exceptional spec on the Canterbury wide beam

The Canterbury wide beam now has a whole host of extra features included.  Boats now come with a 3kw Victron inverter with 120A charger, a 32" flat screen TV and DVD, and a bow thruster as standard, and the galley now also boasts an integrated fridge and washing machine. Two colour paint and limestone effect tiles can also be added at no extra cost.  All in all, over £9000 of extra equipment takes this boat to an incredibly high specification.  They can be up to 70ft long although the standard boat is 60ft x 10ft. The stylish design and high specification combined with the flexible modular layout makes it the ideal choice for those wanting a wide beam boat to cruise or live on.

Aqualine goes to greater lengths

Due to an expansion at the Aqualine Marine factory in Gdansk, we can now offer narrow and wide beam boats up to 70ft in length. This means your boat could have an extra bedroom or two, or perhaps an office, or alternatively we can add an extra foot or two to specific rooms.  To discuss your requirements in more detail please call the office on 01905 771018.

British Waterways commissions new Information Boat

BW has commissioned us to build a new canal boat to provide information for boaters and other visitors to the Grand Union Canal in Paddington.  The new floating centre will provide information for anglers, boaters, cyclists and walkers on a stretch of waterways that attracts around 400,000 visits a year.

The 60ft wide beam will provide a public reception area with an enquiries desk, leaflet display and on-line access to Waterscape.com. There will also be a small meeting room and staff facilities.

This exciting project should be completed by the end of this year, with BW hoping to open the centre in January 2006.
